Flange Isolation Kits are designed to prevent galvanic corrosion in flanges and flanged joints caused by stray electrical currents within piping systems.

A Flange Isolation Kit consists of a specially engineered gasket, insulating sleeves for all stud bolts, insulating washers, and steel backing washers. These components are manufactured from high-performance insulating materials that provide excellent chemical resistance, low water absorption, and superior dielectric properties.

Although Flange Isolation Kits are a cost-effective solution, they can significantly extend the service life of pipelines and flanged connections by preventing corrosion and electrical continuity.

Flange Isolation Kits are commonly available for sizes up to 24″, with larger nominal sizes manufactured upon request. They are supplied for all ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, and API flange sizes and pressure classes, ranging from 1/2″ to 80″.
