Tecnogroup, in collaboration with the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), hosted a workshop titled “The Importance of Local Manufacturing and Its Role in Supporting Oil and Gas Projects.” The event brought together industry leaders and chairmen to discuss the impact of empowering Egyptian factories, promoting locally manufactured products, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and reducing reliance on imports. Chemist Hazem Talaat, Chairman of Tecnogroup, delivered the keynote address, followed by a panel discussion that explored the adoption of local products, current industry challenges, and the future vision of Egyptian manufacturers.The workshop also showcased Tecnogroup’s latest production advancements, including its 2025 achievement of API 6D and API Q1 certifications for valve manufacturing and maintenance.
