Description

• Processing the Sourcing cycle from searching for best price/quality of customer need.
• Preparing the offers for the customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team in the procurement Dept to make sure that the offer is technically accepted.
• Processing the orders cycle (quoting prices – CS sheet preparation – following – delivery).
• Maintain full technical awareness for specified products to be up to date.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for quotations and orders.
• Identify and qualify potential suppliers through market research and suppliers analysis.
• Implement ,evaluate suppliers and development programs to build long-term, strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the procurement process.
• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure efficient and to be in compliance with  procurement practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance to optimize procurement activities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive procurement reports, including budget forecasts, cost analyses, and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Experience from 3 to 7 in the same position
