HR Section Head
Organization Development & Strategy
•Lead OD initiatives including organizational design, restructuring, and change management.
•Conduct job analysis and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
•Design and maintain organization charts aligned with business needs.
•Support leadership in workforce planning and succession planning.
HR Policies & Governance
•Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance frameworks.
•Establish clear HR processes and documentation standards.
•Align HR practices with ISO / API standards and support audit requirements.
Performance Management
•Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems.
•Support managers in performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
•Link performance outcomes to rewards, development, and accountability.
Talent Management & Employee Relations
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
•Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
•Promote a professional, ethical, and performance-driven culture.
HR Systems & Reporting
•Support HR systems implementation and process automation.
•Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and HR analytics to support decision-making.
We are looking for a highly experienced HR Section Head with broad exposure across all HR functions and strong expertise in Organization Development (OD) to lead and support the company’s HR transformation and growth.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Minimum 10–12 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure across all HR functions.
•Strong experience in Organization Development (OD).
•Previous experience working in companies applying ISO and/or API standards.
•Ability to support audits and compliance requirements related to ISO / API.
•Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
•Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
