Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure

  • Monitor LAN/WAN performance and ensure connection stability.
  • Assist in configuring routers, switches, and access points.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support basic VPN setup.

Network Security & Firewall

  • Assist in managing firewall devices (Fortinet / pfSense / Mikrotik).
  • Implement security rules, NAT, and Port Forwarding under supervision.
  • Monitor security logs and alerts to protect the network.

  Windows Server Administration

  • Manage users and permissions through Active Directory.
  • Support GPO management and file/printer sharing configurations.
  • Perform regular updates and server maintenance tasks.

  End-User & Printer Support

  • Provide technical support for user network, software, and printer issues.
  • Install and configure PCs and network printers.
  • Document support requests and recurring issues.

 Documentation & Development

  • Maintain and update device and IP records.
  • Prepare brief reports on incidents and support cases.
  • Enhance technical skills and participate in IT training sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
  • From 1-3 years of experience .
