Logistics Specialist
We are looking for “logistics specialist ” for oil &Gas company to join our team.
Location: Nasr City , Cairo.
• Create ACID and manage operations through the NAFEZA System.
• Ensuring timely dispatch through close follow up with suppliers.
• Source Competitive Sea and Air rates.
• Prepare shipping requests and conditions.
• Review and verify all shipping documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with freight forwarders, brokers, and truckers to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Monitor customs duties, arrange for cargo release, and handle all related clearance procedures.
• Track and record vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare regular reports detailing all shipping, customs clearance, and trucking activities.
• 2–3 years of experience in the logistics field.
• Advanced English language proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes and customs clearance procedures.
• Experience in Free Zone operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
