Description
  • • Matches products to customer specifications and drawings by demonstrating knowledge of products. • Prepare technical & commercial proposals. • Review customer specifications/drawings to ensure quote is technically compatible and competitive. • Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard. • Follow up on submitted Offers, Technical clarifications and orders. • Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities. • Lead Quality of Provided Quotations, that they are Consolidating packages and solutions, optimized in order to compete, well presented, and issued at suitable period. • Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness. • Coordinates with Sales Representative to determine and/or clarify project requirements to ensure quality output. • Maintains a current understanding of bid strategies and market conditions. • Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction. • Interact with all other departments in constructive and productive way in order to serve better the customer and to improve the consolidated results of the division. • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services. • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business, work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechanical or Petroleum)

• 1 – 2 years of experience in tendering • Excellent commend of English is a must you will be dealing with foreign suppliers and all communication will be in English. (English test will be held during the interview) • Professional user of Microsoft Office.
