- Plan, acquire, and coordinate hardware and software installation for the organization’s network.
- Assess, approve, and manage all security equipment.
- Install new network and security solutions.
- Configure and test network and security solutions before deployment.
- Review and revise any equipment installations or configurations performed by external vendors.
- Conduct thorough testing of devices post-installation before they go live in production.
- Apply updates and patches to network and security systems, and perform configuration changes to enhance security.
- Manage and operate various security products, including Firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall), NAC Solutions (Aruba ClearPass or ISE), and DLP (Forcepoint).
- Handle vulnerabilities and ransomware issues.
- Be experienced with Email Gateways (Proofpoint, Forcepoint).
- Upgrade, manage, and maintain VPN concentrators, routers, and other network equipment.
- Support clients in enabling secure communication with the organization’s network.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
