In collaboration with the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), Tecnogroup organized a workshop titled “The Importance of Local Manufacturing and Its Role in Supporting Oil and Gas Projects.” The event brought together industry leaders, company executives, and key decision-makers from the oil and gas sector to discuss the impact of empowering Egyptian manufacturers, promoting locally produced products, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and reducing dependence on imports.

The workshop was opened with a welcome address by Chemist Hazem Talaat, Chairman of Tecnogroup, followed by a panel discussion focusing on the adoption of locally manufactured products, current industry challenges, and the future vision of Egyptian manufacturers.

During the workshop, Tecnogroup also highlighted its latest manufacturing achievements, including obtaining the API 6D and API Q1 certifications in 2025, qualifying the company for the manufacturing and maintenance of industrial valves in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
