The process includes quality inspection and receiving, disassembly, cleaning, dimensional checks, technical testing and validation, as well as evaluating whether components can be reused or require replacement.
When original drawings are unavailable, we implement reverse engineering based on physical samples, creating validated engineering drawings and 3D models, followed by manufacturing replacement components using high-precision CNC machines, all under full supervision and approval of our engineering office.
