• Business Liaison: Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Data & Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity. • Event Management: Coordinate high-profile events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees. • Calendar Management: Effectively manage the CEO's busy schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. • Communications: Oversee emails, calls, and other correspondence, and draft professional and polished documents on behalf of the CEO. • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, gather relevant data, and provide insightful reports and recommendations to support the CEO's decision-making process. • Executive Support: Handle personal tasks and responsibilities for the CEO, including managing personal appointments with discretion and confidentiality
- • Proven experience from 7 to 10 years as an executive assistant or similar role. • Suitable BA from reputable university preferably in linguistics. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent command of English is a must. • Very presentable.
