Description
The personal Assistant provides high-level of support to the CEO by managing their daily schedule, correspondence, travel, and communications.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and prioritize the CEO daily meetings, appointments, and events
- Update the CEO’s calendar in real-time and ensure all necessary materials are prepared for each meeting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the CEO's primary point of contact for internal and external communication (email, phone, messages).
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the CEO in all communications.
- Organize and plan domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
- Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research on various topics as required by the CEO, providing summaries or in-depth reports for decision-making.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining the CEO’s trust in all matters.
- Organize, file, and maintain important documents, correspondence, and records for the CEO
- Assist with personal errands for the CEO, such as scheduling personal appointments, managing household tasks, or assisting with personal travel.
- Coordinate and schedule family events, private meetings, or personal engagements.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- 10+ years’ experience in a personal assistant role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for both verbal and written.
