Description

We are looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist to lead our technical hiring efforts and manage our recruitment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical positions, along with improving the productivity and efficiency of the overall recruitment process. You will also be expected to submit detailed reports on recruitment metrics and performance. A deep understanding of social insurance regulations, labor office dealings, and effective communication skills are essential for this position. You will be part of an HR team that values collaboration, process improvement, and excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment efforts for technical positions, including but not limited to engineers, IT professionals, data scientists, etc.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various technical roles.
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates by actively sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
Conduct technical interviews or coordinate with technical team members to ensure that candidates meet role requirements.
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, analyzing trends and providing suggestions for improvements.
Improve the overall efficiency of the recruitment process, recommending tools or methodologies to enhance hiring speed and quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and trends in recruitment and technical hiring.
Handle all matters related to social insurance, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for the labor office, managing any required filings and ensuring legal compliance.
Ensure smooth employee onboarding and integration into the company culture.
Provide support to HR team members in various other HR operations and activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR or recruitment, specifically in technical hiring (IT, engineering, data, etc.).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations.
Ability to deal effectively with labor offices and manage necessary filings and documentation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate, interpret, and present recruitment metrics and reports.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and team members.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, HRIS systems, and other related tools.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in technical recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.
Previous experience in improving recruitment processes and reporting metrics.
Familiarity with HR tools for managing employee benefits and social insurance.
